professionals, each with decades of experience in international trading
and product procurement. Offices were opened in Ontario, Canada and in

In 2001, in order to expand the company's activities
in Central Asia, an office with Antony Douglas Inc. representation was opened
in Ashgabat, the capital of Turkmenistan. This helped to strengthen business
ties with government organizations and private companies in the region.
Antony Douglas Inc. has experienced several evolutionary stages. In the first stage,
the company specialized in the supply and delivery of food products and other
consumer goods into Central Asia. During this stage, A.D.I. was and remains a
long-term partner of NJSC Neftegas Ukrainy which is involved in fulfilling
contractual obligations in the oil and gas industry. For the first several years,
shipments of unique scale and technical complexity were made to Turkmenistan. Large amounts of
frozen meat, canned meats, sugar, green tea, televisions, computers and other products
were sourced from over twenty countries of the world.
During the next stage which
began in 1998, the company intentionally diversified its activities. In addition to diligently
supporting the sourcing of the original products, new business strategies were aimed at
developing a new commodity assortment: equipment and products for an oil and gas complex
including mechanical engineering and chemical supply requirements.
The newest stage
in the development of Antony Douglas Inc. began in 2001, when the company started to realize
the systematic integration of projects which involved considerable financial resources and
complex technical decision-making. Amongst these are the building and reconstruction of
petroleum storage depots and gas stations; complex shipments of chemical agents, catalysts, and equipment for oil
and gas refineries and chemical enterprises; technical and specialized equipment for the
transportation of oil and gas; pipelines; equipment for seismic mapping and drilling of
the Caspian Sea.
Today Antony Douglas Inc., depending on the many years of experience
of its managers and on the faithful loyalty and friendly support of its partners, is prepared
for everything, even the most complex and global problems!
